Michael McCarthy
Producer & Show Choir Director
From London’s West End to Broadway, he has performed in over 5000 shows including San Francisco, Sydney, Melbourne, and Shanghai!
He is an accomplished recording artist and has performed as a featured guest soloist with international orchestras in concert arenas throughout Europe most notably, The Music of Andrew Lloyd Webber. Michael is also a producer, music director, and co-founding director of Performing Arts Ireland and has successfully established performing arts academies at five-star resorts in the Caribbean.
Throughout his professional career Michael has always been involved in music education and ministry. He has been asked by top theatrical producers and musical directors to coach actors for West End and Broadway productions and has also given many masterclasses in schools and colleges internationally.
Michael is Director of Church Music at First Baptist Church of St.Petersburg.

David Dusylovitch
Violin
He received bachelor’s degrees in Violin Performance and Music Education.
David has been a teacher and performer for over 30 years. He taught in New Jersey for 25 years, and his orchestral membership includes numerous ensembles including Principal seats with the Newtown Chamber Orchestra, the Jubilate Deo
Chorale and Orchestra, and most recently the Orlando Symphony Orchestra.
David has performed on tours to Jordan, Egypt, Spain, and Mexico, and has performed numerous concerts at venues such as the main stage at Epcot Center in Orlando, the Kimmel Center in Philadelphia, Avery Fisher Hall at Lincoln Center in New York City, the Straz Center in Tampa, and Carnegie Hall in New York City,
including as a soloist with John Lithgow.
After retiring from teaching in New Jersey, David moved to the Tampa area of Florida where he currently resides. He continues to instruct both students and teachers and continues to enjoy performing.

Robert Baldridge
Trumpet
After graduating from Seminole High School in 1995, Robert attended St. Petersburg Junior College where he studied music theory and trumpet performance. He continued his trumpet studies along with music technology at Florida State University in 1998.
In 1998, Robert joined The Cavaliers Drum and Bugle Corps for their 50th anniversary as a lead soprano (trumpet) player. From 1999-2002, he was the music arranger and high brass instructor for Countryside High School’s marching band.
Robert is currently the co-principal trumpet player of the Tampa Bay Symphony, principal trumpet of the SPC Wind Symphony, After Five Jazz Ensemble, and the Blessed Sacrament Brass Quartet. He is also a member of the Florida Wind Band, the Paradies Ensemble Brass Quintet, and frequently performs with the St. Petersburg Opera Company.
Robert has been teaching private trumpet lessons throughout the Pinellas and Hillsborough County areas for the past eight years, specializing in helping students across all ranges, from beginning to advanced levels of proficiency.

Mitchell Montgomery
Drum & Percussion
Mitchell performed with USF’s big band, percussion ensemble, jazz combos, and even had the opportunity to conduct for the Symphonic Band in 2013. He has also performed with a variety of Orchestras including: the USF Symphony Orchestra, the Tampa S.O., the Space Coast S.O., the Gainesville Orchestra as well as the Central Florida Master Choir.
In July of 2013 and 2015, Mitchell had the privilege of going on tour with the USF Jazz Ensemble, performing at major jazz festivals throughout Italy and France. Over the years, he has also had the pleasure to play alongside notable artists, such as: Michael Philip Mossman, Rufus Reid, Jack Wilkins, Oliver Nelson Jr., and John Lamb!
Furthermore, Mitchell has played for numerous musicals across the state of Florida, including: 9 to 5, Fiddler on the Roof, Hunchback of Notre Dame, The Little Mermaid, Young Frankenstein, Music Man, Mamma Mia and Chicago. In 2017, he toured with Jesus Christ Superstar throughout California and Colorado!
Mitchell has been teaching private lessons for 8 years now and has also aided high school jazz and marching programs throughout the area. And lastly, he has had the exciting opportunity to play a variety of shows with theme parks Busch Gardens and Legoland since the summer of 2015.
